Where are you located?
Arty and I live in Calgary, AB, Canada.

Why is there no shipping info?
You are purchasing digital artwork! As such, your artwork will be sent to you via the email you made your purchase with.

How long will it take?
Generally between 2-3 business days. If there are any issues, delays, etc, you will be contacted asap!

Can I request certain items/objects be included?
Yes! Please email me (raisingarty@gmail.com) so we can discuss what you’re looking for.

What will it look like?
I make sure the finished artwork closely represents your pets likeness, based on the photos you provide. However, as all artwork is hand-drawn, they are not exact replicas.

What photos should I send?
Please send clear, good quality photos, where your pet is in good lighting. If parts of your pet (legs, ears, body, etc) are cut off in the photo, that is how it will be drawn in your portrait.
